Villa Ocean View is big brother to Casa Holiday Dreams

Enjoy life on the Island every day: there’s nothing like the rejuvenating spirit of the tropics throughout your vacation.

The Villa boasts four bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms; the lounge, open kitchen and dining room all have an ocean view; a peaceful and large private sun terrace, with lots of romantic spots to relax in.

Beautiful tropical garden with special Canarian succulents with sea and mountain views.

The 4 x 7 metre year round heated pool has an automatic pool cover. And for the convenience of our elderly and disabled guests there is a specially built ramp leading from the private parking area up to the villa

Interior
Experience an elegant and relaxed home on the island, with a high class ambience. This Island Villa is infused with the spirit of all things tropical, with an interior of luxurious décor and quality which is inspired by the owners' passions, breathtaking mountain sunsets or boundless oceans.

This luxurious villa is bright and spacious and is furnished to an extremely high standard with a touch of the Colonial style.

From the entrance you are lead  to the spacious open hall with easy access to the beautiful dining area and the lounge,
Both of which have ocean views and direct access to the pool and terrace area.

The exceptionally modern and well-equipped open kitchen has all the facilities required for a luxury self-catering holiday. Free delicious drinking water from Home Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System.

Golden dreams: Master bedroom 1 has en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading directly to the pool area.

Romantic dreams: Master bedroom 2 has en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a private and enclosed patio.

Sweet dreams and Deep blue dreams: Two additional bedrooms with doors out to a large and private enclosed terrace, and these share 1 large family bathroom.

Three of the bedrooms have wall mounted television.

Bathrooms – each bathroom has a bath and overhead shower and dual washbasins.

The family bathroom consists of bath, separate shower cubicle and dual washbasins.

The 7 x 4 m solar heated swimming pool has wide Roman steps and is set in the extensive open and covered terrace area. The pool has automatic pool cover, high quality wooden terrace furniture, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. The entire area gives lots of privacy and forms a perfect area for sunbathing and relaxing.
 
Access to Villa “Ocean View” is from the peaceful private road with private parking. Up the main steps you reach the iron gate in front of the Villa. Furthermore there is ramp access up to the property for prams, suitcases, bicycles etc.

Amenities
Villa “Ocean View” is located within a 10 minute drive from the Airport in the exclusive and beautiful residential area of Los Mojones, within easy walking distance to miles of golden sandy beaches, where you can enjoy a daily walk and enjoy the sand and the sea, while at the same time you are gaining a healthy appetite for dining out in one of the Island’s fine restaurants, to be found along the main beach front road.

Here you have access to a large selection of dining places, bars, shops, supermarkets etc.
The Island’s biggest outdoor shopping centre “Biosphere Plaza” is only a short distance away.
The charming old harbour area in Puerto del Carmen or the exclusive Marina Puerto Calero, with its many romantic restaurants and bars are only a few minutes drive away.

There is a brand new world class 18 hole golf course, 5 minutes drive away in Puerto del Carmen and a further golf course in Costa Teguise.

The owners of the Villa “Ocean View” have created and decorated this Villa with lots of love and high quality, where it’s possible to fully enjoy the calm and beauty of the Lanzarote sunshine and lifestyle.

If in the event of an emergency you should need a pharmacist, doctor or the local hospital, you have access to them within a mile from Villa Ocean View.

Services
There is a maid service every 4-5 days and clean bath towels are available daily. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. A welcome basket including champagne is awaiting upon arrival for that perfect start of your vacation.   

Car Requirements
Take an Island Getaway and get a taste of the magic landscape of Lanzarote. Try to treasure the delicious local menus in the restaurants of our small villages around our lava island. It is not essential to hire a car to enjoy the amenities of Puerto del Carmen, however car hire would be recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions to full advantage.
